I was reading someones comments about real eestate agents. He said he sent them papers. Whant does he send them. Assignment of contract, owners disclosure, or what?

I have a friend who is looking to buy he has a loan lined up already. How do I work it out to get paid for looking and finding him a property. Is it through the buyer (him) or the seller.

I have two real estate agents that are possible interested in working with me. How do I sell myself? What kind of script do I need to sound professional and interesting to them?

Finding buyer with flyers. Is it best to place them at apartments or hang them in the laundry room? I haven't made bandit signs yet I know the book places them high up there for getting traffic to come to you. Is it ok and will it work without an 800 number for now?

Will I be able to make strives without a web site at this time?
