finding financing
A home was just given to me by my mother. It has no mortgages on it at all. I just wanted to know how could I get financing from a bank with poor credit on this house. A few of the places that I have called say that they are not doing any cash out on investment properties. Can someone please help me with their ideas on how to get finances to help me get qualified to purchase other homes.
