Hello, I'm a Eletronic Computer Engineering student in my last year of studies. but I held many jobs such as Cable tv technician, Air conditioning technician, IT technician. General Construction, Also I was at one point a Certified Mold Remediator.

But I always had a passion to work for myself, and I always pictured wreath as someone that owns property.
I'm here because I'm working on my first deals and soon I think I'll be able to be coaching people here like everyone is doing to me.

I have found that the people in this forum are very kind and will actually point me in the right direction , it is very appreciated.

Will definitely stick to real estate until I reach my goals,
