Gingersnap

Well, I'm trying to wholesale as I don't have the money to buy. I've done one deal that really stunk. I was working with a realtor & found out the broker wouldn't let me do the deal the way I wanted (A-B-C) I had to use their broker and couldn't use the title co. that works with investors. It was too late to back out. It was my first deal & I learned a lot of lessons from it. One being, if you don't get the HUD at least the day prior to closing, balk! My other problem is finding REAL buyers. I have a pg. long list of people that say they buy houses, but they don't. I have come across deals with no one to buy them. If you could hook me up with real buyers, that would be nice. Too long, so I'm stopping.
