I along with an associate, are in our "golden years". We feel as does everyone, that this is the time to buy real estate and get rich and have fun doing it. I have been passionate about real estate for many years, but had neither the time or money to forge ahead (still do not have the money). But after reading Dean's latest book "Profit From Real Estate Now", I feel empowered and fully equipped with the knowledge and information on the current methods of buying real estate, thanks to Dean and his experience which he so readily shares with us and I am most grateful for.
