I'm an experienced birddogger and assignor, especially in the Western New York area. Prices in Toronto and other areas of Ontario are still way way too high. The numbers simply don't work in most cases.
There are some really good WNY deals out there in mid range and high end RE. I'd like to try a buy, hold and rent or lease purchase option strategy but my problem is with lenders. They are skittish on two counts. First I don't have a U.S. SSN and the properties are not going to be owner occupied. Any ideas anybody?
