Does anyone know how to go after these dollar properties. I see that HUD says only local government can get these homes that has been on the market for six months, but I have seen people who are not local governemnt purchase these Dollar homes and most doesn't need a lot of work. I just want to know is there a way to get these homes for a Dollar for a private organization looking to buy and rehab homes for better living for low income families and to help stablize the community.

Point of Sale
What does this mean exactly in Real Estate. I came across a purchase with a 6 page or 6 point of sale. I know it has some work to be done but the house is in a great area and is only 9,000.
