We are a married couple (28 years to be exact) and are new investors who live in sunny southern California. We have been on the side lines for a few years, reading, listening to Dean and others, but have never taken the action needed to get in the game. We are ready now! We have found a realtor, gotten pre approved, and are looking for buyers for our buyers list. We are jumping in to the 25-1 plan and are excited to make this happen!
We have 2 grown daughters who are both married and have one amazing granddaughter.
