Found my realtor, Title company, RE investment club, posted ghost ad on craigslist, ordered business cards, watched video's, etc. Next up, build buyers lists and find sellers. I really lucked out on the Realtor, because he tested the new MLS system 5 years ago, so he know how to do all the searches. The Title company was recommended by the RE investment club and the owner is a RE attorney:<) This post was a Homework assignment.
