Excited to be a new member of the DG Family. I am starting with the basics from the information and books obtained and will proceed from there. My motivation, my #1 reason that I want to become financially indepenedent through RE is that I want to truly enjoy the second have of my life. I have worked hard for the last 35 years and I want to know the feeling of not working for someone else. Once I've mastered the skillset that is being offered/taught through Dean and his community and I am able to quit my job and do investing fulltime, I will teach my children to do the same so that they too need to answer and be accountable to no one but themselves!
