I am struggling at this time, wondering if ANY of Dean's great strategies will work in this highly sophisticated, expensive San Francisco Bay Area. I somehow MUST make something work!!! I keep reading about all the people who make it work and I think it's great for them, in their marketplace which is very different from mine. Do I have to go somewhere else to make it happen?
I've taken Bob Allen's courses, Carleton Sheets, followed a number of the strategies religiously and could NOT get anything to work except one time, and the experience was such a nightmare. In spite of that I tried to repeat it (a sandwich lease option), made 200 telephone calls and didn't get one bite.
Interests:
I love going to the ocean, reading (mostly psychological/self-help, spiritually-oriented books) and ballroom dancing
