OfflineI am originally from Yazoo City Mississippi, my husband and I have been in Illinois for about five years now (very cold and missing home). I recently purchased Dean's book and I am almost done reading it. I knew that I needed step-by-step actions and I finally logged into the blog section and was very happy I did, you guys post great and very informative info here and it is just what I needed. Now I just need to keep reading and get out there and take action (which is very scary to me) because you have to know what you are doing in this business and I have no experience in real estste at all. I also got into the business of purchasing mortgage notes so I am trying to hit this business from multiple angles, I am so ready to be finacially FREE and I know the real estate business is booming right now and I want my piece of the pie. Thank you family for all the great info. Is there anyone else from the Illinois area out there?
