Hi, I have always been a go getter, when I was younger. Now, that I am over a 1/2 century - I feel a little unsure. I have purchased many books, tapes, videos on real estate and can not get off the couch. What is happening. I am afraid to make a mistake. There is so much information, not sure how to begin. What should I do first. I have Becoming a Millionaire and the newest book, ... Do I need someone as a partner to help. Not sure where to start. Could someone assist me?

I sometime feel the same way. It will help to talk with others. I would say that you have first got to decide which avenue you want take, buy and hold, flip, or wholesale. Just starting out you really need to consider wholesaling. Fell free to contact me I don't mine sharing if I can help.
