I hope you don't mind me just picking you out of the crowd, but I wanted to know if you have found and/or used any of the "Foreclosure" services in order to find the details of properties in pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, tax lien, etc. There are quite a few out there that I have seen, but just wanted some input.

Wade, I am just getting started myself, and presently gathering any info or contacts I can find. I think we all are anxiety-ridden and some like me get caught in analysis-paralysis in fear of making a mistake. I did just make contact with a company at homesbylender.com that will send you (free)foreclosures, short sales, etc and they can help you or your buyer get the financing and legal help if needed.
