I have found many homes here dirt cheap that need rehabbing.
this area is prime for Military retired and active duty..
we are locate in the Newport News/Hampton roads area.
I have started a rehab just a month ago..
and keep seeing more and more homes that I would like to obtain...the problem is that all our funds are tided up in this one..
I am only looking for a piece of the pie not the whole thing(lol) willing to share with everyone else...
I have contractors and labor help ready and willing to get to work...
