Hi Dean, I just watched your video blog yesterday, your so upfront and honest which is very refreshing in this present world of turmoil. Anyhow i wanted to share on my building blocks, have drove around writing house adresses on paper, called 1 real estate agent, my ? is do i need my own personal computer to further advance as of now i'm using library computer which sometime limits what i want to achieve.Matt had shared in your book if he lines up deal, but still let's agent do legwork he gives 1%, where if she finds one what is the proper % to give.
