Dear Dean,
I am really impressed with your knowledge on real
estate investing. About myself, I am 47 years old
moved to Lake Isabella from Burbank due to an extreme financial hardship, financially successful, I was a C.P.A
for a top firm and manager for Terminix, Inc. I bought my first home when I was 21 years old. When I was 36 years old I wanted to have a baby, by this
time my x-spouse was financially successful do to me starting and runnng his cabinet shop. After I had a baby my x-spouse said why don't you stay home
and take care of our child, since he was making enough to support us comfortably, plus we had rental units, a vacation home. I agreed to stay home. I was looking at the adds for real estate
rental and came across an add for a Mobile home in
Lake Isabella, Ca. for $17,000.00 I purchased it and
thought the move away from my x-spouse would give me
time to heal. Before we moved to Lake Isabella, unfortunately I got a sever case of pneumonia and
Tom took me to the emergency room I was on life-support and in intensive care unit for thirty days and then in the regular hospital for about three weeks, this happened right after the divorce in April my medical insurance was paid up until June and my x-spouse since he paid it cancelled it. I had won custody of our daughter and the day I got out of the hospital my x-spouse court ordered an
x-parte (I was to weak to attend so my attorney went and had me appear in court at a later date).
When I went to court we saw a mediator which my x-spouse had convinced that the reason I was in the
hospital was due to a drug overdose. The mediator
wanted me to have drug testing and counseling to
keep custody of my daughter. I could not afford any more games from the court so I let my x-spouse
have custody of our daughter, who I love very much
and go out and see her in Burbank as much as I can.

While living in Lake Isabella I got my real estate
sales agent license (I have not turned it into the
state because it cost $250. and we cannot afford it, I have until July 2012 to submit it) plus right
now I need a steady income and have been desperately looking for work and Tom has been to.

This is a small town and their are not a lot of jobs out there. That is the reason we our interested in your real estate program, we have no
money and bad credit, but maybe there is an investor that could help us get back on our feet.
Tom used to be a Construction Project Manager and
knows constuction very well and I have the qualifications of a real estate agent. We are both
very ambitious and would be working as a team.
