Hi everyone,
I am just getting started and am very excited and a little scared. I have always wanted to get involved in real estate and the time is now.
My husdand, Dave and I are 51 years old and have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. After raisng the kids and working a construction business we find ourselves aging and not having the resources to keep us through retirement. Being in the construction field gives us a little bit of an inside look as to the market and are ready to go.
