Hi! I currently live in Denver Metro area. I have recently become a single mother to five children. I work in the IT field. But I have always wanted to deal with Real Estate. A few years back I enrolled in Coldwell Banker's Real Estate Academy ( this course is no-longer offered) However, I dis-enrolled as the focus was more on sale and not investing. So now here I am again. My goal and agenda at this point is to succeed! I want to acquire 1) investment properties, 2) to master finding house and buyer with out money, 3) Find decent properties under $50,000, etc. I just want to prove that this system works even in Colorado.
