Just Getting Started
I started as a R.E.I. due to being turn down for a home mortgage. I can afford it but had bruised credit. I started doing Owner Financing and Challenged credit as well as wholesaling. But it is very crowded as this is where most start. I wanted to move up to buying and came across my first serious lead. The house is 2.5 yrs ole and has appx $30K in equity. I am thinking that this first deal could be for me as I need to buy a house anyways. Any experience or feedback on "Subject To" deals and Special Warranty Deeds? A little push in the right direction if you don't mind.
