Currently off work on a work injury in April 21, 2010 I fell working on a Dump truck tire and fell on my right hand and wrist and fractured it was im a cast for 8 weeks. started therapy getting better slow process. I am right handed having a slow recovery. I was getting work mans comp funds for 6 weeks but I seamed to mess it up asking pa unemployment if i was able to get it also and if i have to claim the amount i was recieving from work mans comp and they said no, so i recieved a reply from the state saying it was approved so they paid me back 6weeks amount but after that i was over paid from the work mans comp and it was stopped. I have a lawyer looks like a ill have to go to court to settle. About me I am Divorced and currently own a home i have lived here in this home for 13 years. I have driven comerical over the road cdl driver for 18 years.came off the road to be closer to home. I served in the navy 13years stationed in Jacksonville Fl. at Nas Jacksonville And the now closed Nas Cecil field. Spent 150 days off the coast of Iran aboard the Uss Nimitz CVN 68 During the Hostage rescue Attempt. So Now im looking to make my life better some how and try to learn here from Dean and his family out there and i know its up to me to start. Frustrated.
