I'm new to the program and am so excited about the opportunity lying ahead. I don't really have a question at this time, but I just want to say that I've learned from the posts that I've seen so far and am diving head first in to Dean's book, Be A Real Estate Millionare. I've been unemployed for nearly 6 months, actively searching for a job every day. I ordered the book last September and finally realized what I should have been doing since then--real estate investing! What has me a little concerned is the market right now and since I'm unemployed, having to find finder's fees first. However all in all, I'm truly excited and motivated to reach my fullest potential with this program.
