Hello DG Family!!!

I'm new to the Real Estate Investing game and look forward in learning everything i can. I've been fascinated with Real Estate for awhile..done alot of research and i believe Dean's book is the most simple thing i've ever read. I currently live in Texas with my fiance' and two kids. So if there are any investor's in Texas who would like to network from this site feel free to PM me. I want to know how should i do my first deal and what is the best path to go. Once i make my first deal i will be letting you guy's know but untill then any advice would do. I love to learn.
