I am first and foremost the husband to my beautiful wife and father of 9 wonderful children (6 boys, 3 girls). I guess you can figure out why I need to be involved in real estate investing! My wife and I have wanted to become investors for the past several years, but never really knew where to start. We caught one of Dean's shows one morning and decided to order his book, and we were convinced that following his recommendations would allow us to finally get "off the bench and into the game." Although we have yet to do our first deal, we are hopeful that that will change in the very near future.
