hi all! i am a newbie to the real estate arena and i am seeking any advice. my situation is that i am unemployed, i have bad credit, i am a single parent with approximately a semester to go before achieving my bachelors degree(not in real estate). i purchased the book around november 2008 and finally decided to watch the dvd that accompanied it earlier this week. i have to admit that it was very motivating and Dean, thus far, seems like the goto man on this subject. basically, i want to be in a position to purchase apartment complexes and houses and land and whatever other opportunities i am blessed to get my hands on. so basically to keep from boring you all, is there a way that i can make some money quickly and purchase any apartment complexes, houses, ect...all feedback is welcomed.
