Hello Everyone,
I recently bought Dean's book and I have started reading "How to profit from real estate right now".
I have identified and spoken to 2 investors. One is very active and the other not as much. I continue to work on making my investor list bigger.
My credit is so bad it should be illegal and as such, I am looking for a partner or partners with good credit. My intention being to use their credit to place offers on REOs and then assign said the property to my investor. We will then split the profit from the assignment 50/50. I have spoken to 2 possible partners and waiting for their response.
