I was browsing thru the posts and came across yours. I see your 1 year anniversary is coming up soon, congrats! How has it been? Do you find it easier being a realtor and an investor at the same time? Do you have accesss to so many deals it makes your head spin? Also, would you consider working as an agent for other investors like myself?
