I am a retired US Army Sergeant Major who has been teaching public school for the past 10 years. I had to resign last year because of back surgery and the lack of sick days for recovery. Since, I have not been able to get a job. I have discovered that I need to make my own way and that Dean's programs are the way for me to accomplish that.
