Aspiring RealEstate Investor that is highly motivated to get out of the Retail Industry. There are a lot of great opportunities in our area that we would love to take advantage of. My Business Partner is dying to become a landlord and we have 2 houses and 8 parcels of land from tax Deed Auctions under our LLC. We will have titles and possession in 4-5 weeks. As for the moment we have very little funding avaible to purchase any real cash flowing properties. We are excited and determined to achieve our finacial goals. Just hit a small bump in the road with financing our projects.
