OfflineHello my name is Renee. I am a mother of a disabled child and survivor of domestic violence. I am engaged to a wonderful gentle man. I am currently in school for business management. I want to get into real estate for several reasons. First, I love finding and looking at houses! Me and my mom did this all the time as I was growing up. Two, Because of my previous situation my credit and job history is in shambles. This has made job hunting very disappointing to say the least. Three, I want off welfare!!!! And lastly, I want to have enough rentals that I dont have to worry about money ever again ( good schools for my child, etc.). I also want to own the deed to all my properties. I understand that this will take me awhile and I am ok with that.
