Hello, i need some advice on hud repo.For one, i just got back to work from a company that lay off a year or more .Second part my credit is fair i had some issue and slow working on them But, i had some property that i have been eyeing on and they reduce the price and has some nice land on it.So, i guess my question is how can i go about this?Idon't know any private lender and the ones a look up said my score has to go little higher.So what know????Thank you, Maria
