Since I saw Dean's commercial and attended his seminar, I told myself YES, I can do that. I enjoy helping others so I intend on sharing this oppurtunity with whomever will listen. Locating UMV Forclosures to apply for federal grant

Today I am researching forclosure homes in my area. I have found a real estate agent who provided me with her mls information to make the task just a little bit easier. I have emailed a few of the DG family in regards to obtaining a grant or for further instructions on locking up a deal. I will post more details once they come available so I can get some input on the best deals in my area. Today is going to be a great day, God Bless to all and especially the DG FAMILY.

JUMPSTART

Wow....as I log on to reintergrate with the DG family, I find myself lost in unrecognizable text. As I continue to read along about an eagar young man who dreams and plans to change his lifes status quo and determined to make his destiny instead of becoming it. I clearly see how much focus I've lost over the past couple of months. I barely recognized the person who composed the literature! It seems as just when you begin to move forward, something comes along and holds you back. I know I have the will the resources and knowledge, I just need the support and today I found it in myself. I think this was an eye opener for me, seeing how fast time can fly if you let it. So here I am ready to jumpstart my life in 2012.

Tax Lies

My inspiration for today is "If you don't have a direction your lost and it will be almost impossible to reach your goals". So the question is what direction am I headed, or more importantly where to begin. So I decided to focus on tax liens, began searching went to the county office and printed some out. Now that I get the jist of it all, I just need some more understanding on how to really make it worth my wild. So I'll do a little research on here on DG or maybe someone that has any experience in Tax Liens I would appreciate any opinions you have on the subject.
