Hi John,

Thanks for the warm welcome. I do have a question. I have an agent sending me property listings. He said however that I can't speak with the sellers directly to negotiate a price. So now what? If I want to do my first re-assignment do I need to find sellers another way. What do you recommend? Thanks again.

Only your agent can submit the offer to the seller because their representing the seller so you wouldn't be able to contact the seller, just disclose everything to your agent on what your intentions are. FSBO is when you communicate with the seller directly. Always make sure you have a buyer in place before submitting an offer, that's very important to keep in mind.
