I always wanted to get in to real estate, and went to deans seminar 4 years ago and was all gear up until someone call from his work shop and tried to convince me to pay 5000 dollars to join his workshop, the guy sounded like a con artist, I told him if dean calls me i will join he never did, i am still interested and dean is a big inspiration to all.
