But to control of properties efficiently I need properties that accessible to me. it means that it will be in my local location and should be in a "good neighbehood " . I check a lot of ads in your listing but do not find one . In order to really to do the jobs in real estate we need a group of investers, rehabs, mortgate brokers,managers the properties locally. If you could create groups in each state and let your students joint it . it is the best way to let students learn and apply it
