Tonya, I am 48 years old. Bought some of Dean's books and Foreclosure package.
Now I have this Professional Marketing International(PMI)banging on my phone wanting me to give them $319.00 and sign-up for $5K of coaching etc... Scammers? what say yee?

I had a similar co. call me. It might have been them. I'd pass. But that's just me. If you have the resources and are willing to risk it, that might be for you. Post some info about this co. and see if Dean or a successful investor can confirm some positive worthwhile info. on them first. $5,000 could go toward a downpayment or fix up on a property. Good luck. Let me know if they are legitimate.
