I can relate. However, there are a few who are willing to make arraignments as long as you will work a consist payment plan. As for the Academy. You can always say no and work it on your own. Just gotta read and start making a fool out of your self till you start learning. It's the school of hard knocks out there but the basic info is in the books. The Success Academy, I wish I could work it but at this time my debts are hanging me up so I'm working on that first. Once I get a grip on my debt management I would love the insiders at the Success Academy to show me the ropes. They are not just giving of their time and hard knocks but money invested doing the same Academy course I'm hoping to get into soon. Don't let to much emotion get in your way. I bought some land in colorado so I can have something to leave to my three children. Maybe I'll be out there put up one of those Yurt Kit homes and start working the America's. I reside in Hawaii and one obstacle I'm trying to work around is in an area that is pretty bad crime wise but lots of pre and forclosed, as well as fbo's. but community action groups are springing up and now on cable TV is Dog the bounty hunter. If you've watched his program then you see the area I'm referring to. Ewa pronounced EVA beach used to be a great surf spot not to many homes thirty years ago. Then lot's of low income developing by greedy developers who took the money and ran. Still there are other opportunities for the high end market like Maui, and Kauai. 5 mil and up. Kapalua got hit real bad and the principal lender went broke. Don't quote me but it's like lehman bros. or some big insurance co. backing Kapalua or other wise owned by Maui land and pine. 5 to 15 mil. per property. That's playing with the big dog's. I've got family in Oregon and would like to check out washington as well. Doing some research on spokane. Another high crime area but cleaning up. Just remember nothing is free either you got the dough or you plow the snow. Just keep on truckin. Best of wishes to you and with or without the success academy people have made it. The real helpers are the Individuals who have done what they could on their own and have had prior experience and went to a higher level here and the academy.
