I am just getting started and I look forward to learning as much as I can from everyone. I am a married man with twin 13 year old daughters. I am looking to make, have and be able to live out a life with my family that I do not have to deal with living paycheck to paycheck. Plus, I desperately want to spend more time with them instead of working for someone else the rest of my life. I am also currently looking for buyers and sellers in Anchorage, AK using some of Dean's and others techniques.

Interests: 
I love singing in the church choir, spending time with family, and learning about investing in realestate.

If you will stay focused and follow the program, success is certain to follow. Personally,I became side tracked after only one month into the program by having to travel 1400 miles from my PA home to TX to help my oldest son build his bakery. However, I brought along Deans book and my laptop and have continued to apply myself to study. I have contacted Real Estate agents and have added 5 new prospective buyers to my list here in Houston and Beaumont. I have bid on 2 properties and am researching a dozen more. So...stay focused, follow the plan and turn obstacles into opprotunities. You will do fine my friend.
