OfflineGrowing up in Columbia MD I've never really had a normal life. Since the age of 2 I've been a professional Jump Roper on a Precision Jump Rope Team (Kangaroo Kids) - childish? Maybe! But being on this team has given me a chance to travel the earth since I was 3 years old. Thus I always had a different outlook on life itself. My parents are very hard working (even to this day) upstanding individuals. My mother worked for Verizon for 33 years then retired & had to find more employment to sustain living standard & to make sure emergency funds are there when needed - mainly for her 27 year old son (ME). My father is a physical education teacher & has been for almost 40 years now. Although he loves what he does I would love to see the two of them be able to sit back, relax & enjoy retirement - whenever that is. But in order for that to happen - I MUST BECOME COMPLETELY INDEPENDANT OF THEM FINANCIALLY!.
Because of this unique upbringing I have always felt like there was a different way of living. After graduating high school & not knowing exactly if college was for me, I read Robert Kyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad when I was 18 & immediately fell in love with Real Estate & Real Estate Investing. Yes I still went on to graduate from Morgan State 5 years later - but to this day - I have even more of a burning passion to invest. Especially now that I am a father of 9 month old baby girl.
I am soooo eager to achieve success but for about 10 years now I've been looking for the right path. I want....No I NEED to fulfill this burning desire of investing in Real Estate NOW before the market turns & it becomes virtually impossible.
