Hello, my name is Wayne Bumgarner and I have been in Real Estate for over 35 years. I started as a Loan Officer in 1972. I have also been a Realtor (Have designations as GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), and TE (Transaction Engineer); Builder, and Investor. I also buy and sell Real Estate paper.

I earned my way through college by teaching Martial Arts, and
earnings from Professional Full Contact Kick Boxing.

In the late 80’s and early 90’s I started, owned and operated the first Bungee Jumping Business in Oregon. Not a lot of transferable skills (getting people to jump off of bridges). But at $100 per jump and jumping 50 people on Saturday and 50 people on Sunday it was very profitable.

I am mostly wholesaling, short sales, lease options, subject to, wraps, etc… now.
