Early retirement from pharmaceutical sales/marketing has allowed me time to take advantage of the many REI opportunities available in Central Florida in 2012 and beyond. I've been boning up on DG learnings, especially inspired by the outstanding classroom instruction of both Matt Larson and Gerald Martin. Looking to partner on deals, do some bird dogging, buy, sell, assign, cash flow - the whole 9. The key is turning words into action. The more you fail, the more often you will succeed. Through my career, I have conditioned myself to EMBRACE both success AND failure; relish briefly in the former and learn from the later.
