My First Deal

My first deal is done.
I didn't do it for profit, I did it for free for my Aunt.
She wanted to sell her home and had no luck going through real estate agents.
I told her about my research into real estate investing and said maybe I could help. She was very excited and asked me to help her sell.
I found a tenant buyer who's landlord had been foreclosed upon, and needed a place asap. I set up the deal, got the contract together, and yesterday she and her husband signed the contract.
I am thankful that the little I have learned has allowed me to help someone I care about. Now that I have done this I know I can make money with this kind of deal in the future.
I learned a lot about professionalism, and about lease option contracts. I did make some mistakes, but it ended well for everyone, and I learned a ton! Thanks to Karen Griffin for helping me with the contract. I am glad to have made contact with her.
