With my credit the way it is. I feel in order for me to start getting funding for deals, i would need to have an LLC. My thought is that my credit history will be of no concern only the credit of the llc. If this is true please comment back. Im ready to start making offers but im nervous with my background i will have trouble. I have found great deals in my area and want to capitalize.

you will not be able to get funding with your LLC; banks been there done that... so no more of that...
Start with wholesaling to build capital; you don't need funding for that, hence, your credit is irrelevant...
Get your buyer's list ready, so when you have a property under contract, you can assign it right away...
Take action, go out and make offers!
