End of Week 1!

Tomorrow is one full week since I started REI. I have gone to a DG live event read the 4 books they handed out on DVD (30 days to real estate cash, Be a real estate millionaire, Profit from real estate right now and the commonly asked question and answers. I have used DG resources to start a website, opened a dedicated email, posted on craigslist, located 1 cash buyer and possibly located a Hard Money Lender that will base funding on LTV. I am looking at 3 properties, there were 5 but 2 have now opened escrow.IF this Hard Money Lender works out, I will make offers on the 3 properties next week, 1 is an 8 unit building and 2 are REO SFR. I hope to do a weekly blog initially. Oh, THANK YOU to the many DGers that have responded to my posts in the Forums. I hope to make MANY business associates and even friends on my way to financial Success. MW
