Busy, Busy, Busy, day today.
Started out with a call to look at the house from yesterday. I wound up spending about 3 hours with my "bird dog" finally talking face to face and getting a lot of info by just mentioning a subject and letting him talk. It turned out that we had a lot in common which I'm sure will help solidify our working together. I even agreed to let him take the lion's share of the proceeds in exchange for him doing the lion's share of the work. He agreed.
Came back and sent an offer on another property which I was given by my PSL co-member. I'm waiting for the seller's response.
After that, started looking up responses from my emails to CR posts. Maybe it's me but these "Investor Specials" don't even seem like wholesale prices if you take the Zillow estimate or Prop Trend and Total View figures. Gotta find out why that is.
Spent about 1 1/2 hours tonight with a fellow DGer helping design his business card.
Contacted another DGer just to check in.
Still waiting on word from CO.
Doing my dailies and calling it a night.
