day 15

2 days in a row that I'm entering my dailies before midnight.

Today was a rushed day. I spent all of my available time doing RE work. Answered PMs, researched some properties,researched possible mailing/PO addresses, listened to Matt's call tonight and spent the rest of my time plotting and planning.

Tomorrow's agenda: since I only have half the day to commit to RE, I GOTTA CLEAN MY OFFICE and get these letters out to the cash buyers. It's keeping me from moving forward. I'm too busy worrying about pennies and missing the dollars. That's gotta stop!

That being said, I did reward myself today for keeping up with what I've done so far. A nice lunch out with the girlfriend served 2 purposes: #1- I put out some more of my RE business cards into the area I believe I will be investing in and #2- used a credit card to avoid it being cancelled from non use. All in all the day cost me about $21.00. Hopefully, it will bring me $2,100.00 from sales. I need to get out more but it takes away from what pays my bills. I'm just not sure I can work any harder without killing myself. I guess we'll see.
