I'm doing my posting early because I have had a rough day and don't plan on being up late tonight. This is 12/8 part 2 because A) I got yesterday's date wrong and B) I didn't post it until after midnight so technically it was 12/8.
Having that all out of the way, I learned (yet again) the negative aspects of cutting corners. In my haste to get some lure painting done yesterday I didn't use the proper masks so that I didn't inhale any fumes. Considering that I paint outside in the open air, I thought I could get away with it. I WAS WRONG!!!! I had a terrible headache (worse than any hangover I ever had) until about 4pm this afternoon. Even with taking perscription pain pills and accupressure and compresses, I was basically incapacitated for most of the day. The worst part is that it was my own fault. I should have just been uncomfortable and worn the proper gear. Take that as a lesson for RE investing. Don't take shortcuts! Follow the plan and use the right equipment!
Once I was back on my feet, I did manage to listen to a webinar about owner financing, read new posts from my bookmarked forums, answered my PMs and mail. I also got word today from my partner that we have another house for MM. Just working out the details but if everything goes according to plan, it's a slam dunk!!! (I know, that's what we said about the last deal.) I'm keeping my fingers crossed and expecting a very busy weekend. I'm currently charging up both my cell phones, sharpening up my pencils and getting ready for a trip to the cold (Considering that it dropped 40 degrees yesterday at my house, I think I'm ready
So that's it. Tomorrow for sure will be a very busy lure day to make up for today plus I'm hoping a big RE day as well.
Till next time...
