I'm frustrated because my wife and I have been working hard to get our first deal and continuously come up short. We've had a few properties under contract and the buyers back out and we have to get out in order not to lose money. This had happen on more then once. I'm venting because its seems as though no matter how hard we work the results have been the same. No deal. I come here to see what I'm doing wrong, but have no answers to fix my results of not getting deals. I'm not giving up because I know this is the right path to take. My road just seems hard then all the rest. I feel as though I'm running out of options and I'm trying to stay positive. Thanks for listening. Back to the drawing board and hopefully a deal comes soon.

so don't beat yourself up. Just keep putting forth the effort everyday, and you will see results, I believe!
Fairly New
We are 4months in so far. When you go to all these forums and sign up. The excitement is overwhelming. Your ready to go and get deals and everything sounds, so easy as if they will happen right away. Everything takes time and, we do know that you have to appreciate the struggles. My wife and I are driven to make our business become a success. We're handling these defeats, but we're learning from them. Thank you for listening.
Relax
This is a new way of life and thinking. Remember that when we change our position in life we should struggle at first. We have left what we know and are exploring a new world. We feel uncomfortable because we are not in our comfortable place. So how many folks do you know that are willing to take the steps you have taken? When you are frustrated, remember the Why you are here, what drove you here and what is the goal in the end. You will be successful.
