I just wanted to say that you are an amazing individual and a true inspirtion to all those who are trying to get started in real estate with little or no prior experience. I attended your workshop at a Holiday Inn in Toms River, NJ this spring and have been receiving your blogs ever since. I would love to be part of your real estate world but my financial situation is dire. I pray that I can somehow get up to speed with some of the new tech gadgets that are now available for use. I guess I'm entering this giveaway, hoping somehow that the improbable might somehow come to pass, and I might be given a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn another trade. I'm currently a homeowner, however, for many reasons I can't go into now, I need to forge another career path. I'm still on unemployment but will need a small miracle and some new, connected friends to make a new transition happen, as I now live alone. (my fiance passed away last year).
May God bless you for all that you do for others. I love watching your blogs because they are so inspirational!
I know this comment isn't
I know this comment isn't going to win any accolades or even be memorable enough for you to remember because you read so many worthy blogs from so many successful people.
I just wanted to say that I love watching your weekly wisdom blog because they make me feel less alone and because your wonderful optimism and energy give me something to dream about. I started following your website before I was officially diagnosed with a very rare form of lymphoma that is deemed untreatable. I'm in constant pain and slowly losing mobility on the right side of my body. Back in 2011 I actually had dreams of doing real estate on the side for a little extra cash but now my life has become too complicated and now that I've managed to receive Social Security Disability, the joke is that I'm not allowed to make any significant income or I will lose what little income I've now been approved for. Being 4th stage, I'm not even sure how much time I have left so you have become one of my big weekly thrills because watching your blogs reminds me that there are still kind, thoughtful and caring people who really enjoy what they do. Blogging my thoughts takes my mind off reality and helps me reach out and feel connected again.
God bless you, Dean
