I just wanted to say that you are an amazing individual and a true inspiration to all those who are trying to get started in real estate with little or no prior experience. I attended your workshop at a Holiday Inn in Toms River, NJ this spring and have been receiving your blogs eve since. I would love to be part of your real estate world but my financial situation is dire. I pray that I can somehow get up to speed with some of the new tech gadgets that are now available for use, as buying one now is not in my budget. I guess I'm entering this giveaway, hoping somehow that the pmprobable might somehow come to pass, and I might be given a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn another trade. I'm currently a homeowner, however,for many reasons that I can't go into now, I need to forge another career path. I'm still on unemployment but will need a small miracle and some new friends to make a new transition happen, as I now live alone.
